Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy for HudHud Luxury Fragrance

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel an order or specific item(s), please contact our customer support team at care@hudhud.in. Our support hours are Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 5 PM.

  • Before Dispatch:
    If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it, and your payment will be refunded within 24-48 business hours after processing the cancellation request.
  • After Dispatch:
    Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our return policy for any issues post-delivery.

Return Policy

At HudHud Luxury Fragrance, we strive to provide the highest quality products. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges except in cases of:

  • Incorrectly Shipped Items: If you receive an item different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If part of your order is missing.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item.

For such issues, please notify us within 36 hours of receiving your order at support@hudhud.in. We will not accept requests after this time frame. The replacement will be processed for the same item unless it is out of stock.

Conditions for Return/Replacement:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must include all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories, if any.
  • The return request must be made within 3 business days of delivery.

We Will Not Accept Returns Under the Following Conditions:

  • The product has been used or altered.
  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, and accessories, or if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Return requests made after 3 business days of delivery.

For incorrect shipments, HudHud Luxury Fragrance will cover the courier charges. For any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@hudhud.in.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned products have been received and verified at our warehouse. The refund process is as follows:

  • Verification: Upon receiving the returned items, our team will inspect them to ensure they meet the return conditions.
  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be initiated within 7-10 business days. The refund will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Note: Refunds for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be processed through bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
